Pharmacy and medical store software
TM POS is point-of-sale and inventory software that pharmacies and medical stores in Pakistan use to bill quickly and stay on top of expiry. Every stock batch keeps its own cost and expiry date, TM POS warns you before stock expires, and purchases from distributors are reviewed before they change your stock. It works in English and Urdu.

How does TM POS track medicine expiry dates?
Expiry is kept per batch, not per product, so two deliveries of the same medicine can expire on different dates.
- Enter the expiry date when you receive stock
- Get warnings a set number of days before a batch expires; you choose how many
- See expiring and expired stock on the products list and the dashboard
- Receive notifications for stock that is about to expire
Can it sell the batch that expires first?
Yes. With “sell earliest expiry first” switched on, each sale takes stock from the batch that expires soonest, so older stock leaves the shelf first.
How are distributor purchases recorded?
Every delivery is recorded and approved before it changes your stock.
- Keep a list of suppliers and what you owe each one
- Purchases move from draft to review to approved
- Record what actually arrived and order the rest again
- Stock and cost prices update when the purchase is approved
Can I control what staff can see and do?
Yes. Give each person only the access their job needs.
- Ready-made Admin and Cashier roles, or your own roles from detailed permissions
- Hide cost prices behind a PIN at the counter
- Stock counts with an approval step that record damaged, expired and lost goods
- An audit log of every change and sign-in
What does TM POS not do for pharmacies?
TM POS is a retail system set up for pharmacies. It does not include a medicine database, prescription records or drug-interaction checks. You add your own products by Excel import or by scanning their barcodes.
Which plan includes this?
Batch expiry dates and expiry warnings are in every plan. Suppliers, purchasing and udhaar need Business or Enterprise. Selling earliest expiry first, editing batch expiry dates, stock counts and the cost-price PIN are on Enterprise.
Questions
Questions shop owners ask
Can I search medicines by name at the counter?
Yes. Search by name, SKU or barcode, or scan the barcode on the box.
Will it tell me about stock that has already expired?
Yes. The products list shows how many items are expiring soon and how many have expired, and the dashboard lists stock expiring in the next 30 days.
Can regular customers buy on credit?
Yes, on the Business and Enterprise plans. Credit sales go into the customer's khata with a due date, and you record payments as they come in.
Does billing work when the internet is down?
Yes. The checkout keeps working offline and the sales sync when the connection returns.
